Danielle M. Clarke, J.D., M.A.

Danielle M. Clarke has more than 16 years of experience in the area of government ethics.  Danielle began her federal career in 2000.  Over the course of the next twenty-two years, she worked in the areas of federal ethics, equal employment, fair housing and labor law.  During her tenure with the federal government, Danielle provided advice and counsel to ethics officials, worked closely with the White House and federal agencies to resolve potential conflicts of interest for Presidentially-appointed, Senate-confirmed nominees, as well as conducted compliance audits of ethics programs throughout the executive branch. 

Currently, Danielle serves as the chief ethics official for a large, federal agency.  In this role, she coordinates and maintains the daily oversight of the ethics program.  This includes rendering advice and related assistance to the various components of the agency; developing and reviewing new and existing policy; developing and coordinating the delivery of ethics and sexual harassment prevention training and managing and reviewing the financial disclosure reports for members of the Senior Executive Service (SES).  

In addition to her success within the federal sector, Danielle is a gifted speaker, writer and counselor.  She released her first book, My Heart’s Cry: Prayers and Petitions, in 2022.  Danielle is a trained counselor who specializes in family and marriage therapy.  Danielle serves as an ordained minister and Church Administrator for Maple Springs Baptist Church.  She and her husband lead Christ Culture Community, a small group ministry geared towards developing disciples. Danielle also serves as the Founder and President of The Sister Network, a 501(c)(3) women's organization.  The Sister Network aims to connect, strengthen, and sharpen women across the globe.  

Danielle received her Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 2001, and a Masters in Human Services, Family and Marriage Ministry from Regent University in 2022.  She graduated from Hood College in 1998, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.

Currently, Donald serves as the Director of Information Technology for a District of Columbia Government agency, and the COO of Clarke & Co. Consulting. Outside of his professional endeavors, Donald serves as a coach and secondary counselor for individuals and organizations. He volunteers his time mentoring youth, sharing his knowledge and experiences to nurture the next generation of leaders. Additionally, he actively volunteers with local nonprofits.
